Unlike some of these GIANTS of the internet like Amazon or well-known retailers like Williams-Sonoma, we are a small, specialized company and offer you shipping at exactly our cost or less (much less) in some cases. Here’s the breakdown:

It works out this way because we take advantage of the USPS flat rate shipping charges. We can pack that box full of goodies and it’s the exact same price. So when you order, don’t stop at $21, stock up on more of your favorites and it won’t cost you any more to ship it. Even better – order more than $50 and we’ll belly up to the bar and eat the shipping! (with extra spice, naturally).

We guarantee you’ll love Fire Chief Gourmet Oils and Spices. We haven’t met anyone yet who doesn’t love the Fire Chief (seriously!) Our products are made with only the highest quality olive oils and freshly ground spices. But in the RARE case that you are unhappy with anything that we have sent to you – well make you this unconditional guarantee -send back the remainder and we will refund your money, PLUS an extra $5. At Fire Chief Gourmet, we use PayPal to process all of our credit card charges. You just enter your credit card information like you would at any other retailer. And they handle all the details. Why do we do it this way?

Simple. Because Paypal is a 7 billion dollar, multinational corporation that specializes in credit card processing and online commerce. They are owned by Ebay and have over 164 million account holders in 190 markets. They have invested many millions of dollars in their online payment systems. They are leaders in fraud prevention and anti-phishing technology and process more credit card payments than anyone in the world of e-commerce.

In other words, we stick to what we do well – making delicious olive oils and spice blends – and we let Paypal do what they do better than just about anybody – protecting your financial information. Here at Fire Chief Gourmet, we never see your credit card data. We don‘t store it or process it on our site.

And the best part is that you can use your credit card just like you would at any retail establishment to shop on our site. If you decide to sign up for our monthly oil and spice club, Paypal will request an email address so they can process the recurring billing.
