We started making our oil and spice blends to use in our restaurant in New Orleans years ago. Our friends and customers raved about the garlic-infused olive oils and chef’s blend. Eventually, they began asking us to make the products available to them. We’ve been adding new flavors and spice blends ever since.

At Fire Chief Gourmet, we specialize in small batches of high quality gourmet spice and flavored oil blends. You won’t find products like these in the supermarket, where most flavored oils are made with low-quality products like Canola oil or Pomace oil and spices may sit for months before you get them.

All of our oil blends are made with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, the first and most flavorful pressing of the olives. We grind and blend our spices fresh and mix them usually less than a week before you use them. In fact, once you try a Fire Chief Gourmet Spice or Oil Blend, you won’t go back! Because of this attention to quality, most of our products are available in small quantities or for a limited time.

We take a lot of pride in the fresh, high quality products we produce. Some of the flavors we use are only available a month or two out of the year. Others we make available for certain holidays or seasons. And now we’ve added custom labeling and blending for wedding favors, corporate gifts and holiday giving.
